About The Pastor
REV. RACHEL FUNKE SMITH THEODORE
is the Pastor in charge of Shepherd's Place Ministries in
Netherlands and Canada. She has a strong prophetic, intercessory and
teaching ministry. Her ministry is based on the efficacy of God's
Word and power of fervent prayer.
She has enjoyed tremendous
acts of mercy, divine interventions and provision from God and
experienced His power to turn situations around. This gives her the
confidence and grace to offer the same to people.
The heart
of her ministry is to set the captives free and SEE PEOPLE
EMPOWERED.
The Lord has used her as an instrument to
found Shepherd's Place ministries, under which is a foundation
(Stitchting Shepherd's Place), Church, Interdenominational
fellowships and Shepherd's Place School of ministry.
Pastor Rachel or Mama as
she is fondly called is married to Ted Ifeanyi Theodore (formerly
Enomate) whom the Lord has used in supporting her
ministry.
They are blessed with two children Mayo Elijah and Fechi
Jemimah.

We believe in the Fatherhood of God
to those who respond to the atonement work completed by
the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Purpose
- Reconcile the nations 2 Cor. 5:18-19
- Gather the saints and raise them to fulfill their
purpose Ps 50:5, Isa 49:2, Tim 3:18
- Set the captives free and comfort those who mourn
in Zion Isa 60, Luke 4:17, Ps 68, Ps 62

Our Goals and
Objectives
We strive to evangelize
according to the leading of the Holy Spirit to make up
the body of Christ where he remains the Shepherd.
Our goal is to create a place where people
locate the Father, are cleansed, find succor; where
those who are destitute can receive a family, and to
build up God's family by means of sound
teaching.
We want to see people in diversity
stretch their hands unto God, walk in the light of their
covenant with him and remain without blemish until the
day of Christ's coming. We are called to reconcile
the gentiles to God and raising people to fulfill
purpose and stand in their own calling
